Riegl-First Visit Indonesia Mining

Reigl AdaroSetelah mengikuti pameran berkelas nasional dalam bidang Pertambangan “Mining Expo 2007” tanggal 29 Okt- 1 Nov 2007 di Jakarta. Riegl sebagai salah satu Produsen teknologi laser measurement yang juga memproduksi laser scanner untuk terresterial survey mengunjungi Salah satu Tambang batubara di Indonesia. PT Adaro Indonesia yang berlokasi di kalimantan selatan menjadi tujuan pertama kunjungan Riegl Scanner berserta team dari PT Almega Geosystem yang sejak bulan September menjadi agen resmi Reigl di indonesia.Pada perjalanan pertama reigl ke pulau kalimatan ,5 November 2007, yang dibanyangi keterlambatan pesawat terbang yang akan membawa dari Banjarmasin ke Site PT Adaro di Kota tanjung karena cuaca buruk, akhir dilalui dengan perjalan darat selama 5 jam.Mr  Nicholas, Mr Murabet dan Saudara Darul yang mengikuti perjalan Reigl tiba di site adaro pada pukul 20.00 wita. Pada kesempatan pertama di Site Adaro di buka dengan Short Presentation yang berisi teknologi Laser Scanner dan hasil scanning Tugu monas oleh Mr Nicholas dan saudara Darul serta team PT Almega Geosystem pada hari minggu sebelumnya. Presentasi yang diikuti oleh hampir 20 orang dari berbagai section dan department di PT Adaro, khususnya team survey dan Geotech serta Engineering mengupas tuntas tentang Reigl series LMS Z420i yang mempunyai kemampuan 1000 m jarak scannernya.

200 Ha Coverge1000m reigl

Tepat pukul 10.30 Wita, setelah melakukan presentasi, Reigl LMS Z4201 di uji coba dilapangan. Kemampuan Reigl pada jarak 1000 m di uji dan terbukti cukup tangguh dengan kondisi lapangan yang cukup baik untuk proses scanning, cahaya matahari tidak terlalu panas dan kondisi tambang tidak berdebu. 4 kali alat scanning ini berdiri, ternyata cukup untuk menngkover lokasi Low wall dan High wall tambang PT Adaro indonesia yang luas bukaanya hampir 1.5 km. Total area yang bisa dikover adalah 200 ha, untuk pekerjaan selama 4 jam, hal ini pun harus berhenti karena tempat pukul 15.00 Wita akan dilakukan Blasting di PIT PAMA PT Adaro Indonesia. Kemampuan kamera Digital yang terkalibrasi dan terregresterasi yang dipasang diatas scanner, yaitu Nikon D200 dengan lensa 14 dan 85 mm, memberikan foto yang cukup detil untuk membantu proses virtual survey dalam proses pengolahan data.

Software RiScan versi 1.4.2 yang digunakan untuk controler Scanner dan manajement data boleh dikatakan mempunyai banyak kelebihan, dari management data, Geoprocessing dan kemampuan untuk virtual survey. Dari software RiScan versi 1.4.2 yang paling membuat teman-teman surveyor PT adaro Indonesia kagum adalah kemampuan Geoprocessing yang cukup cepat dengan algortima pencarian titik kontrol yang digunakan untuk Geoprocessing. Satu USB stick yang diberikan oleh Pak Syamsul, Inchrage Geodetic Monitoring System staff PT Adaro Indonesia, yang berisi List ratusan koordinat Prims monitoring System di Low Wall PIT PAMA untuk Geoprocesing dimanfaatkan oleh Mr Nicholas dengan baik dalam uji pengukuran lapangan ini sehingga Laser Scanner ditempatkan dengan hanya memperhitungan kemampuan coverage area, karena titik Georeference sudah cukup dengan List dalam USB Stick Pak Syamsul. ” I dont happy with Geoprocesing Result” demikian Mr Nicholas kepada Pak Syamsul setelah mengetahui bahwa hasil Geoprocesingnya 5 cm karena tidak memperhitungkan Konstanta Prism Monitoring. “I should be milimeter acuuracy” kata Mr Nicholas.

Post Processing data hasil scanning yang langsung dikerjakan dilapangan, dengan cepat menggunakan RiScan Software akhirnya dapat dipresentasikan pada Pukul 16.00 WITA. Presentasi akhir untuk menjelaskan hasil scanning lapangan selama 4 jam di site PT Adaro indonesia ternyata mampu mengundang minat yang lebih besar dari karyawan PT Adaro dan Surveyor dari Kontraktor PT Adaro (PAMA-BUMA-RA).

Sebagai penutup, Mine Survey Section Head PT Adaro berharap kepada seluruh rekan kerja dan Surveyor Mitra Kerja PT Adaro untuk selalu siap menghadapi teknologi survey khususnya Lase. Tahun 2007 PT Adaro Indonesia yang berproduksi lebih dari 35 jt ton pertahun untuk melakukan updating Peta Progress tambang dan Joint Survey Volume kontraktor memerlukan 8 hari kerja dengan dengan jumlah tenaga kerja yang ikut dalam Joint survey ini sekitar 70 orang atau sekitar 16 team lapangan. Dengan ada teknologi laser ini, diharapkan Jumlah hari untuk joint survey dapat berkurang pekerjaan survey dilakukan dengan lebih aman dan efektif. Selain itu harapan lain juga dikemukakan oleh Team Geotechincal PT Adaro indonesia yang berharap Reigl series LPM 321 yang berkemampuan 6000m dapat coba pada aplikasi Monitoring slope stability. Reigl series LPM321 yang baru diluncurkan dalam 3 bulan terakhir sampai saat ini belum dicoba untuk aplikasi slope stabilities, walaupun dalam informasi Mr Nicholas sudah ada perusahaan yang bekerja sama dengan Reigl pada aplikasi ini.
